“Seniors New Tech” courses have started

The Institute of New Technology organized a computer course in Lodz, Poland as part of the project “Senior NewTech”.

Classes are directed to 55+ people 💻.  At the training participants started from the basics of computer use. Then they learned how to search information on the internet 🔍 , how to be safe on the internet 🔒and how to buy online safely💳. Participants also got to know examples of computer communicators, social media, and learned how to set up e-mail📫.

Training topics and material development was created in cooperation with  Glafka institution , Plunges suaugusiuju svietimo centras and Ljudska univerza Kranj 🎓

Seniors from Plunge 3rd Age Univesity participate in the project “New Technologies for Seniors”. They are learning to use computers in the courses prepared during the project. So far the instructors Laima and Adele have covered 3 modules: Computer Basics, Internet search and Secure Internet use. 4 volunteers from Rytas school help them in the training sessions.
